ABOUT DIRECT POJIŠŤOVNA
DIRECT Pojišťovna has been operating on the Czech market since 21 May 2007. Permission to undertake insurance activities was granted by the Czech National Bank (ČNB) in April 2007. This was the very first time when the ČNB granted an insurance licence to a new legal entity.
We offer our products via direct sales channels, that is, by telephone or the internet. The company is based in Prague. Except for our client centre, which is situated at the same address as the company’s headquarters, we have no branches. True to our name, we provide services to our clients directly. Because of this we can offer not only better service and products made to measure to our clients, but also competitive policy prices.
Currently we offer motor vehicle insurance, i.e. MTPL insurance and casco insurance, and home insurance and liability insurance.
